Socratic Ventures Fund II

Founded in 2010, Socratic Ventures closed its first fund in 2014 and built out three platform companies and carved out a fourth.  Three of the four have had follow on investments from major strategic and financial investors validating the businesses and their markets while also growing the value of the portfolio. We apply a private equity model to building sustainable, paradigm changing education companies leveraging the best of modern software and fintech development. Based on the strong performance SV Fund I we are pursuing SV Fund II to take advantage of current opportunities to invest in the portfolio and to build out two to three new platforms over time.
